Larry Gibson
Larry S. Gibson is a distinguished law professor, legal historian, political strategist, and civil rights advocate. Over the course of his career, he has taught at institutions across the United States and abroad, served in senior roles in the U.S. Department of Justice, and managed or advised numerous groundbreaking political campaigns. Including those of Barack Obama, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Joe Biden, and Wes Moore. He is the author of acclaimed works on Thurgood Marshall and has designed historical exhibits highlighting the legacy of Black lawyers and civil rights leaders. Gibson’s lifelong commitment to justice, education, and public service has left a lasting impact on law, politics, and history.
